Booking and cancellation policy:
Our normal policy is to take Credit Card details as
a guarantee of your booking and these details will not
be processed until your date of stay at which time we
will manually process your card.
Please confirm your booking by e-mail through
our secure facility on the Book4Sure site, which is
accessed through the Book4Sure logo on our home page.
We will confirm your reservation on receipt
of these details which needs to include credit card
type, (ie. Visa, mastercard), card number, expiry date
and the name as written on the card.
If you do have to cancel your reservation, there will
be no cancellation fee if this is done at least 48 hours
before your date of stay. If within 48 hours there will
be no fee charged if we are able to resell the room.
If we cannot resell the room there will be a charge
of a single nights accommodation cost only as a cancellation
charge.
